Our History

 HTI Strategies is an organization that branched out from an international operation that started operations in 1987 as an export company.  The company successfully introduced several product lines of consumer goods into Mexico bringing revenues in the seven digits until the end of 1995.  Thereafter, the management transferred its operations to Houston to provide consulting for small businesses in international settings.  By 2024, the company has provided consulting services to over 3,000 businesses and over 35,000 consulting hours. 

 

Our Clients

Our client base consists of small to medium size businesses in an array of industries.  We target companies that find themselves in a transition process whether is a business expansion that seeks expansion through market development, product development, and/or diversification.  The organization has the knowledge, the contacts, and the resources to assess almost every solution.

 

Our client base typically comes from referrals through the network of resources developed throughout time.  We have helped business investors bring their operation into the United States from Countries such as England, Iran, Argentina, Bolivia, Venezuela, Central America, Mexico, and other places in the Middle East, Europe, and South America.  In the domestic Market, clients are referred through government officials, associations, chambers of commerce, banks, and other satisfied clients.

 Industries of specialization have been the medical sector, array of manufacturing industries, food and hospitality, security, information technology, legal, construction, consulting services, media, a diversity of franchises, as well as other randomly selected sectors that have requested our services.  Thus, the organization does not limit itself to one industry, but it serves most entrepreneurs that require experience in R&D, knowledge in banking and financing, as well as understanding of the marketing environment.
